What do you think i should do.. to loose some weight!?

my couzins already drop their weight but except me.. knowing that we all did the diet.. is this because of the metabolism..or whatever scientific explanation?
im dyin for it...
i want to see myself thin... waist line of 23!not 27 or 28!

Answer:
First look for a sport you like & if you can't find one requiring lots of exercise, find a friend or two & make an exercise pact with them, the more the better. Set meeting times to exercise & keep them. Keep records of number of repetitions & weight used when working with weights & increase that number each week... you'd be surprised how quickly your muscles develop & the fat disappears. Your weight may actually increase when working with weights, but the inches will drop.
If running to reduce your weight, 1st try to cut the time it takes run a distance, then when you are running that near full speed, increase the distance. Be sure to bug your friends to make their exercise commitments with you & they will do the same (for) to you.
exercise
No it is not your metabolic rate. It is because you are lying to yourself about the diet. Get honest, get thin. And your waist is not 27 or 28 ! It is 30 ! Get real !
Consistent diet and exercise. And to keep you on track and motivated, join a weight loss challenge.

There's a good one being put on with Dr. Ian from Celebrity Fit Club and State Farm. You can check it out at 50millionpounds.com.
Several factors are involved in weight.
1. amount of stress
2. Diet
3 fitness level

it has been proven that the more stressful you are that you do put on some inches.

the kinds of food you eat also have a role in weight loss obviously. about half of what you eat should be vegetables. in the other part it should be low amounts of fat and high protein. carbohydrates are a form of energy that can be absorbed as energy almost as fast as sugar. so your going to have to use it fast unless you want it to be turned to a part of your belly.

the in terms of fitness your body has a particular amount of energy that it can use in one day even though it constantly generates energy it isn't limitless. so in order to loose weight you must allow your body recovery time in order for weight loss to occur after the workout. if recovery time is not granted then the bodies functions will in a way shut down like an overheated machine, thus weight loss will not be gained.

so that can be avoided if you make sure you are not completely and utterly exhausted after a workout.
You have to find a diet/exercise plan that works with your lifestyle.

-Try cutting back on your food intake.
-Find out what number of calories you should be eating each day.
-Replace unhealthy snacks for healthier ones
-Make sure you try different exercises so you do not get bored with the same old routine.
-If you are really concerned, see a dietician, fitness trainer, doctor, etc.
Each person is different when it comes to losing weight. What works for one may not work for another. Try to establish a regimen of exercise suited to your physical condition. Watch your carb, salt, and sugar intake. Do not be discouraged 'cause your weight loss may not be as significant as someone elses. Go at your own chosen pace. The tough part is KEEPING IT OFF !! Stick to your guns !! You can do it. Best of luck !! 28 in. waist ? I wish !!
