Well, even the elephant man didn't have plastic surgery. I doubt *you* need it!
If you don't have the money for a plastic surgery see if there is some kind of organization that can help you.
That's a pretty serious statement. if your TRULY do look like the Elephant Man, you need to see a specialist. Start with a Plastic surgeon and go from there. If it is a serious as that, believe me, they will find ways to help you. HOWEVER is this is a "self esteem" problem, you need to talk to a professional counselor.
