What is the best way to get some peace of mind?
Can anyone please help me?
Answer:
I feel your pain or at least I used to be like you.
Try this...think about all you problems and separate yourself from the ones you don't have to do or make a decision right now. Deal only with what you have to deal with RIGHT NOW. Forget the rest until their time comes. Give it a try. I love it
Good deeds.
yoga
Yoga and meditation are a tremendous help when I am looking for a little peace of mind.
Pray or meditate; it really works!
I hear ya, good question...peace of mind I guess to me is confidence and love for myself and the decisions I made, make-let the chips fall after that
Bubble bath with a nice herbal scent, candles, music (new age type) and a glass of wine. Go for it!
Go to central park NYC,,,, Take a long walk, see people.
Walk down a beach Broadwalk just chill.
When I get like that I try to tackle the biggest problem first. I try to come up with a reasonable solution to the problem/issue. Then I act on that solution.first problem solved!
The key is to be a problem solver when things get overwhelming. Think things through and solve the problems. Stewing over them isn't going to make you feel any better about the situation.
I meditate. Find a quiet room with no distractions. I do deep breathing, in thru the nose out thru the mouth. I have also found some music that I like to use, which helps alot. I tend to listen to Zen music. Target has one of those push boards, that lets you sample different types of music before you buy it, and it's about ten bucks.
Good luck!
Peace of mind is different for all people, all ages and all demographics. What may be peace of mind for me (video games/art/galleries), may be a distraction/annoyance to you. The point being that I agree we all need to find an outlet to release our built up tension of the day and all though for some it is via Yoga and Meditation, i find that alone time in an art gallery suits me better, which allows me to zone out and not necessarily dwell on the problem(s) but relax me. Try a sculpting class or even pottery, both require little experience and allow you to expose your deepest artitstic threads. Good Luck.
Having faith in the One who knows eactly what you are going through each and every moment, and is always right there for you when you call on Him. This One is Jesus, and God.
