get a professional help.
same with me. dont you hate it when someone you dont know sits next to you on the bus!?
I'm the same way, except for the smiling. lol. The smiling is actually good though, it's good to smile in social situations, it makes you more sociable. You might have social anxiety disorder.
cause u dont know them
Stranger are, well, STRANGE!
maybe u are uncomfortable because u dont know the stranger. nowadays, with all of the things we see on tv about crime happening to innocent people.its just scary. its hard to know who u can trust. maybe try talking to a therapist .it isnt normal to always feel so uncomfortable around people.
i know what you mean, maybe nextime your bring some chewy gum or candy with you, you will feel more better if you got something chewing in your mouth, try it, then you will know what i mean.
We're all like that towards strangers since we dont know them.
Yet, some people are more extreme than others. Some would just feel awkward ad thats all. Others like me, will play a lot with their hair and twirl it around alot.an so on and so forth.
Its ok, you'll get better and used to it over time.
Good luck honey, hope I helped.
It might be social anxiety disorder. Your best bet is probably just hang around with strangers a lot and you will see there is nothing to be afraid of. I would tell you what this kind of treatment is called but i am really drunk.
Edit: Emerson therapy. That is what it is called and it is what you need.
You don't have a dissorder! don't take any type of drugs because of it.
it may be because your just uncomfortable around new people.
you should walk for about an hour non-stop always looking ahead. and goahead and wave at some people.
Just continue smiling and say "I'm wearing new underwear!" and then it will be the strangers who are uncomfortable.
Seriously, now just remember that line, but don't really say it, just imagine what they would think if you did.
It seems to me your problem is your discomfort with yourself and not with the people. Your discription gives me the idea that you feel an overwhelming inner joy when you are around those you do not know on an intimate level. This joy you feel causes the discomfort and I do believe that if learn to love it you will gain a strong knoweldege of yourself. Say hi! Tell' m whats on your mind and smile. Spread it around :) Thank you.
Hmm...
