My middle name is Gail. It is my mother's name. It means fierce storm. I absolutely love it. I do not think it is pretty enough to be a first name, but I like to remember it is my middle name. Kind of a testament to my strength. I can hide the Gail in the middle, but if you make me mad it is going to come out. I liked it so much when I got married I dropped my stupid maiden name and use Amber Gail and my new last name as my legal name.
Oh and my husband goes by his middle name. Wasn't his choice. His mom did that. Messes up plane tickets and anything legal. Always calling him the wrong name. Never do that to your children.
