Im not yet asleep but i scare myself!?
Answer:
Did you experience a bad time the day before?
If you did and you wake up in terror this could be a nightmare.
Perhaps go to bed to get relax,
read something until you fall asleep
sweet dreams
maybe you have a problem that distracts you? drink milk before you sleep
oh jeez well maybe something in your life is scaring you. your expecting something negative?.. but hey im no psychologist.
lmao
"falling" when you're about to fall asleep is quite common. I believe I've heard that it is your body transitioning to another phase of sleep like the REM cycle. It will probably improve by giving yourself time to relax before going to bed, so your body is not still "active" and thinking while trying to move into deep sleep.
dreams are supposed to represent stuff in your life, so may you have insecurities you need to fix up?
one thing i used to do when i was afriad of a certain nightmere, i would fall asleep just thinking of it and nothing else. then it wouldn't come. weird i know. try it? good luck!
if something was gonna happen it would've happened by now.
stop worryin! just think of somethin which makes u happy e.g boyfriend
you need to pray
you need to relax in bed before you go to sleep . drink some chamomile tea listen to relaxing music. what you feel is very common but also you might be a bit stressed.
Feelings of falling prior to falling into sleep are not abnormal. Many people have them at some time or another. I have gotten these sensations off and on for years. You just need to remind yourself that it is only a thought and a sensation similar to dreaming.
You need to reassure yourself and maybe practice a relaxation technique, like meditation.
