Art of intercourse: slow or fast?

me (male) and my female friend were discussing the art of intercourse and i thought about getting a broader base of data. we couldnt really get anywhere in our conversation though becuase we thought we might erm... have an unneccesary hands on experiment. so whats better, fast-paced or slow?

Also depends on position as well. There are a bunch of karma sutra styles and positions that would be better with a fast pace, and others with a slow to moderate pace. I do agree with these two ladies above that added the mood and the persons likes are also a key factor. As for myself? Well..that my friend, we'll just have to keep to myself.
