What does this strange dream mean?
Answer:
This sounds a bit like sleep paralysis, and I have had a similar experience. It happens when you wake up, perhaps suddenly, although your brain hasn't quite woken up yet - therefore you can't move/speak. Or something like that anyway.
Google the term "sleep paralysis" and find out about it for yourself!!
It means that you are bonkers.
Do not eat cheese last thing at night.
I think your sleeping to much get out and get a life, Here's a thought instead of lying in your bed why not pop down to the library and get a book on dreams,
This is an "out of body" experience. It occurs mainly in pre adolescent boys but can occur to others at any time.
It happened to me regularly when I was young; I always felt that I was at ceiling level looking down on myself and often awoke screaming.
The good news is that these events eventually cease of their own accord. So be patient and recognise it for what it is.. a dream.
Do you sleep with the windows open or wear too much clothing.
Becomming too hot or too cold in sleep can produce vivid dreams, I had one last night that had the same plot as apocalypse now!
I think I got too hot
The most obvious thing in your dream is a sense of being powerless, not being able to control anything , even you your own body. Possibly a fear of death as well , since you see your body from a third person perspective. Certainly your subconscious is telling you that you can't call on your "mum". Whatever you are feeling powerless about in your life it is time to confront it, that's the only way to stop the dreams.
Best Wishes and Good Luck.
It is possible you are in a state between being awake and asleep. You're aware of what is going on, but your muscles are not yet awake so you can not move them, then as your mind drifts off again, you wake up again, but this time with your whole body.
It is also possible you are Lucid Dreaming. This is when you are dreaming, but your brain has half woken up without your body so you are in a way awake inside your dream. This means that the dream feels real, when it isn't.
I'm not sure how to stop this, but at least this should shed some light over why what is going on.
dont go to sleep problem solved
Anything weird happen in your house? I hear ghosts like to play tricks on your mind while you sleep. You think you wake up, but something terrible happens. This EXACT situation you are having happened to me yesterday! I woke up in the same room, same covers, fan still on, dad still snoring, and all of a sudden something happened like ants were crawling all over me, then my door slammed shut for no reason, I was so scared, but then I woke up, in the same exact place, except no odd things happening. You may want to pray, but I fear nothing is helping me. I think I have a severe case of paranoia since I cannot sleep (I always think I'm being watched, or going to get hurt by a demonic spirit). This occurrence of yours may also just be a natural thing that may go away soon. Best of luck to you, and please pray. Bye.
