Why did I dream My girlfriend was deathly ill?

I dreamed that My girlfriend of 17 months was in the hospital and they had to send her off to a far away hospital to treat her and then she could still die and I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed, I looked over at her and then at her mother and back at her and everytime I did this i sobbed harder and louder I think the whole hospital heard me! this was only a dream thankfully and I was glad when I woke up and realized it, but why did I dream such an aweful dream? Is it because things arent going so well right now and it seems like I am losing her what is it. Please answer if you have knowledge or insight into understanding your dreams, Thanks!

before you even said things aren't going so well rite now I knew it was about your relationship..

. she has needs and you need to give her what she needs or she is out of there...and by the hospital scene she needs lots of love, care, nurture and attention

the relationship is dieing..she will leave you to get the healing she needs if you don't get off ya butt. it's already happening because you still haven't done any extra loving or caring, nurturing or giving.you are left crying in your dream...this is the consequence...dose that make sense?

For me, it has been zero. I have had some of the worst dreams ever--of family members dying or me in a life or death situation. It has never happened nor do I think it ever will.

Dreams have a way of exploiting your worst fears to you, just know that if it ever does happen--and it probably won't--you will have the mental fortitude to deal with it THEN. Don't bring the "what ifs" into the world of what is.

BTW--I think it is sweet that you care enough about your girlfriend. She may be "the one".
