What would you do if you suspect you are a sociopath?
It reminds me of Omen II when damien finally realizes that he is the antichrist, and he looks out at the setting sun and wails to god "why me??"

I don't think sociopaths recognize they are sociopaths. To them their behavior is normal. Other people label them sociopaths.

Suspecting you're a sociopath would suggest you're questioning your behavior, which a sociopath wouldn't do. Damian wasn't a sociopath, he was the antichrist!
