If you could see yourself through other peoples eyes would you act differently?
Answer:
I don't think being kinder has anything to do with it, at least in my situation... for those of us who are more timid and aren't usually unkind because it causes confrontation, it's easy to imagine what other people think of us because that's all we (or at least I) worry about in public. However, I think that if I saw what other people saw when they looked at me, I'd be a little more outgoing and take myself a little more seriously. I THINK I act fine because I'm always so careful not to say anything stupid that sometimes I don't say anything at all...
On the flip side, there's no way to know how people really, honestly see you. Most of us are either way harder or way easier on ourselves than others are... and we put so much emphasis on what we're doing that we don't take the time to stop and wonder if people actually care!
Not at all...bingo
I think it has to do more with whose eyes you are looking through.
I hope I'm kinder than I find myself...but I don't think I am. I feel crappy both ways, from my self concept to my guess of people's views at me.
If you are truely honest with yourself, then it wouldnt matter what eyes you are looking through. Just depends on how honest you are with yourself.
NO, it was not easy for me to be the way I am now
( I had lacked patience) but now I know I act the way I should ( @ least 90% of the time, I'm not perfect you know)
No.. I am happy with the way I am.. I am honest with myself most of the time and I do the best I can. If I was perfect I wouldn't be here... at least that is what I think.
I do not know how other people see me.. at the end of the day I need to like myself... and I do. It took me many years to get to where I am now.. but it is a place where I am happy.
