How do you become happy?



Answer:
You decide you are happy and be happy. It really is not complicated unless you want it to be.
I'll be so happy if:
1-All the wars all over the world stopped
2-Everyone is treated the same way
3-My beloved one will love me
4-Racism stopped(some people still judge people by their race)

I hope, at least one of those will become true!
I believe happiness comes from the inside. Only you can know what will make you "happy".
Some people are happy because they enjoy being alive, others are happy having their friends and family around, and others are happy working day and night. You need to dig deep down inside and find out what it is you are looking for and go get it. Howerer, you may find it's already there.

True happiness can not be gain by anything material. It's all inside of you, if you are not happy nobody can make you happy.
You get up with a positive attitude in the morning. This sounds dumb...but it's true. When you have a positive attitude, you feel better, and once you are used to having a positive attitude everyday, all day, you will notice you are happier.
Over the years I've found that this question can be answered in many ways. Here is one: Find out all you can about yourself (what you like, what you believe in) even when it's hard to do so - like maybe you don't like what you find right away - and then set out to build a life that supports the pursuit of those things.

Be truthful with yourself, follow your gut, not anyone else's (or your own) "shoulds".

Learn to tolerate stillness and silence and remember that unhappiness is necessary both for learning and so that we can notice the happiness when it comes.

If you are actively UNhappy, then you might need a little help along the way (most of us do). There is nothing wrong with seeking assistance from a professional like a therapist or a doctor. I wish you very good luck and hope you have a lifetime of discovering what makes you happy.
