no. there is no way to increase rem sleep through medication although there are different methods that these use to help. I took a pill similar to this and I just felt tired because I constantly woke up. I wouldn't reccomend them. The best thing you can do is try to force yourself to sleep a half hour more. It helped me to dream more and practice lucid dreaming. a little more sleep will change your pattern. It worked for me so good luck.
i've never heard of these pills. but i was on paxil for about a year, and i had THE MOST VIVID dreams! like, when i woke up, i could swear that something really did happen, or someone really said something. anyway, i've talked to others, and we called this "paxil dreams".
