What strange theories did you hold as a child?
I used to think that . . .
-wind was made by the trees shaking really hard,
-The cup holes in theater arm rests were to hold onto if you got scared (blame my frugal grandma for that)
-Labor day was a special day to honor woman who had given birth.
-Also, When I helped my dad in the garage and he needed a tool but couldn't remember the name, he called it a "Darnit." For the longest time, I thought a darnit was something like a wrench or screwdriver.
So what strange theories did you once have?

There was a really neat music truck that would drive down our streets every day when i was little playing music for all the kids to enjoy like a big music box. My parents hated the day i actually figured out that truck had ice cream on it!
All daddys are bad.
For about a week when I was 10,I thought that if I did not
take a bath twice a day,I was in serious danger of
spontaneously combusting. Blame it on some weird
book I read on a camping trip.
I finally asked my Dad if HE was worried about spontaneous
combustion. He laughed out loud (not unkindly) and very
sweetly explained how rare something like that was. I was
MUCH relieved.
i thought that when i was swimming in a pool in the deep end sharks and whales could get me , ...also, i thought i was really helping my parents drive {when i was pretending} next to them watching and turning my hands like i had a steering wheel., also
i thought that if i didn't tuck me feet in with a blanket at night i'd get eattin by a monster or witch . lots more i remember so many but times have changed i no longer think like that ..but it's still interesting to see how i did think as a child . most of it makes me laugh haha.. :D best wishes !
i thought that i could get sucked down the drain in the tub! haha! i also thought that as long as i closed the closet door the boogy man couldn't get me... i guess boogy men don't know how to open doors, lol!
