When you are in a situation that you dont have any control how can you find peace patience.?

I just tell myself that everything happens for a reason, wether it is what I want to happen or not. If you don't have any control over the situation, just know that when on door closes another door is opened. Don't worry yourself over a situation that you cannot control. Someone once told me...Don't sweat the small stuff, because it is all small stuff. It will all work out in the end. You never know if something even better is about to happen! So, just try to find the optomism in every situation in life, because crap happens and there is no reason to spend the rest of your life worrying over things you have no control over! Good Luck!
Accept the fact that you have no control so there is nothing you can do. You have laid the ground work, sit back and see the fruit of your labor.
We humans are control freaks. Your problem shows what happens when we can't control something which in my life is several times a day. The only way I have found to find peace and patience is to give it up. Let go and let someone else take care of it. Then it is no longer your problem and you don't feel like you are about to get 'out of control'.

learn to accept things that you cannot control and ask God to help give you the courage to accept those things... relax there is no problem given to you that you cannot resolve in one way or another!
