What do you do when you feel like your gonna explode?
help please, has anyone ever felt this way before?

I'm curious - what are you fixing? I could be wrong, but if people are expecting you to act one way and you're saying you don't want to be pathetic anymore, I'm guessing that you're improving your life somehow - either with education, exercise, or just living more responsibly. Whichever it is, I'm sure you're sacrificing some fun for it - and people who expect you to be more fun or irresponsible probably resent you for having the discipline to improve your life when they don't. I'd distance myself from bad influences for a while, and try to surround yourself with people who WANT you to make good choices. I've felt that way before - I got tired of having to party in order to hang out with my friends. So I moved, went to grad school, and made new friends.
If I'm just having a really bad moment, I sleep for 10 hours, have a bunch of coffee, and work out like a maniac. That usually is a quick fix.

Answer, be true to yourself. Avoid the people who bother you and make new friends...
It sounds like there is much change headed your way...for the better! There are some good reads out there to help you drop the old habits and expectations and make room for the new and improved in your life! Change is good.
As far as exploding, don't do that, just get in touch with nature and find ways to have peace and quiet, so you can think and plot your next moves. Best wishes!

There are a few options as how to stop this before it happens. What I would try to do is take 15 deep breaths; inhaling and exhaling. Then, once your calm what I would do is try to relax inside your home by watching some TV while drinking a soda, or relax outside by sitting on your front porch or just take a nice stroll around where you live. Just try to do anything that can focus your energy on something else. Have peace and quiet for yourself. Hope this helps.

I feel like that almost every week... And it's pretty hard to get through it when everyone else doesn't understand the way you feel and act, so that's when one starts to pretend.Whenever I feel like exploding, I take time to be just with myself and do something I really like doin', smth JUST for me... Although, if I were older and had a job, i'd probably go on vacation for like 2-3 weeks
This is a matter of time, as it goes on you analyze the situation & realize what the reality is. You just need to be patient.
