Last night i counldnt sleep and when i finally did i slept for a bout 2 1/2-3 hours then woke up 5 am(con'td)?
Whats up with me?
Last time i got 3 hours of sleep was when my roomies at church camp in the hotel were at wouldnt shut up. I lasted till about 11 pm there.

Nerves, a big promotion, finding out about a unplanned pregnancy, how you're going to do on a test, your first overseas flight, all of these that weigh on your mind are also going to disturb your sleep.
I don't know how many times I've tried to get to bed early because I've got a plane to catch, still only achieving 3 to 4 hours of sleep, pop awake and get going, only to crash hard when I reach my destination.
Exercise will help you sleep more.
I definitely think the two shows could make you sleepless. But it depends. Have you been doing the play for awhile? Or are you just starting it? Are you worried about something being wrong? When I have something coming up that is not yet resolved and I am having difficulty fixing it, or getting it right - I can be very sleepless.
Do you have anxiety with the insomnia? If so, try and track down the source. Then try your best to change what's bothering you.
Do you have decent air coming in your window at night? Often I can't sleep if the air is stagnant or bad in some way.
Also, are you experiencing a transition? Insomnia can accompany anomalies in your normal routines.
Are you happy with the show? That's my first consideration. If there's something bothering you see if you can address it.
Oh, by the way, I have been quite insomniatic lately. But I also have had anxiety because I have not been able to resolve several issues at once. It's a balancing act between patience and action.

Ask yourself what you're thinking about and you have the answer. Most likely its the shows you're doing and if you're stressed then chances are you this is the reason. I dont fall asleep easy and I consiously relax my muscles and take deep rhythmic breaths to relax and fall asleep. Good luck!
