Like if someone was careless and fell, it's unexpected.
Most people try to have style and be polite, flatulence/farting
is a suprise uncontrolled rudeness. Some people get embarassed by their faring and we can find their discomfort amusing.
It's like "I'm clean and you are not".
It hits us on many levels which could be funny.
Suddenly having an odor about you makes a source of ridicule.

When someone farts I get sad and teary. I talk to the person who let one out and say "Why must you be rude"? Then he will be smart and say '' I was not rude! It was my butt that was rude''. Then I will smell and say ''why you smell like rotton eggs''? And he will reply'' cause my * is talking crap about you. Then that's when I'll laugh and dance with joy.

that's strange but it seems that you think its funny. when I hear a fart I get angry because soon I would smell real bad odor

It is known as malicious laugh.This also happens when a person slips on road.
It is just human nature to laugh at somethings that appear to be comical. My family owned a funeral home over 50 years ago. I was told that someone had come to another person's funeral and refrained from farting. Thus, the backup of that person's gas in effect "killed" them. So now, I don't care where I am, if I feel like farting, I will. I do try to get out of the way of others, but I remember what I was told. I also don't laugh when people fart any longer.
