Why do some people like to have somebody who save them instead of remind them?
Answer:
I believe that for most it all comes down to blame. I'm not a religious person, though I am spiritual. Most people don't want to take responsibility for their own actions. I don't think it's so much to do with being "saved" as it is finding a scape-goat. On the other hand, those few of us (and I include myself), that do want a sort of "savior" figure, are simply looking for some good in this world.
Because it is easier for the human mind to trust and depend on a power greater than his own than to trust in his own innate power.
No matter how erudite we are, there always remain thousands of unanswered questions and incomprehensible behavior and actions.
Some choose to absolve themselves of this unknowing state by entrusting a savior to be the proprietor of that knowledge.
nobody has confidence in them self so they trust someone Else's thoughts.
If we have somebody to save us from a certain situation, then we don't have to depend on ourselves as much. It's nice to have somebody to depend on. some people use god, or religion as that steadfast wall to lean on. Because no matter who you pick to lean on, people break eventually. You can't break a fictional being.
