Wow this is strange!, --- But a couple days while i was fixing a kite for my daughter to fly, I remembered a day my big brother was fixing up a kite for me around the same age as my daughter is now, I being around 5 years old, wasn't told that he was leaving to go to army the next day and that he had bought that kite so he could spend time with me before he left. During that day the kite got tangled in a big tree and couldn't get it down. The next day he left and they told me he would be gone for a long time. DURING THAT TIME that he was gone, I remember going outside looking at that old tore up kite everyday and remembering him helping me fly that kite, missing him very much. When he did come home, My mother had seen me looking at that kite many times and had said anything to me, But the next day i remember he said to me, it's time to get that old kite out of the tree I'm home...
So thru the years i had forgotten all about that until my daughter had got hers and all that came flooding back like it was yesterday.
i will never forget de...will alway make me think of it and i feel so sad and cry!! ....lot of thing is hard to forgot unless is a very small thing
