Is It Wrong To Look At Teen Girls?
To be clear, I am not talking about "acting" on any thoughts or fantasies. Just looking like at a mall, etc.
Many teen girls are developing or have developed to maturity so even though they still may be immature mentally, they are biologically mature physically, so I do not see the abnormality in this as long as a line is not crossed.

There is nothing wrong with looking, but please be careful in HOW you are looking at them.
Do not stare too long or you will be considered a pervert by them. No one likes to be leered at, it is very uncomfortable.
Just look, admire, look away. Be in control of it.
They may look good, but they deserve respect also.
Although society does see it as something wrong a lot, I'm 15 and there are lots of girls my age who are fully developed and attractive, so really, there shouldn't be anything 'weird' about it.
Plus, I look at girls who are 10 years older than me, so theoritically it should be fine the opposite way round.
I think its OK just as long as your not over 40 years old. You dont have to get into all that scientific stuff just do as you feel.

looking at the girls is no problem...
but the main problem is girls may even say they are mentally n physically developed,but their development takes place at the age of 21...not before that..its a fact.
girls under 18 are just kind of kids they dont av much knowledge abt people....they needs to concentrate on the career not something else
