Does anyone else get the urge?

At work I saw a lady go out the door with a cardboard box and dump out a live chipmonk. She told me that she saw the poor thing on the plant floor and didnt want it to get hurt so she took the time to capture him and set him free. Something came over me, looking at her smiling and glowing from her good deed, i had this daydream while i was listening to her of:
Just slapping her upside her head and stepping on the chipmunk right in front of her, laughing as she cried.
Does anyone else feel like this when confronted with shiney happy wholesome people?

Answer:
LMAO - you just cracked me up. Yes I have the same compulsions myself at times.
Not me. I urge you to just feel like her coz I feel the way all the time and if I saw you with this urge I would be urged to slap you hard.
Dude. All the time.
lol... ummm, have you considered counseling?
Shame on you, I do not associate with people like you, and neither does the rest of the people on this planet. That is how Jeffery Domer started out before he started killing people. I think you are mentally unstable, and a sick individual.
No , but slapping the kindness into you might be a delightful daydream! Enjoy life!
my mother in law yells at me if I kill a spider in the house, she saves them and puts them in the garden... I find myself longing for her to get bitten by one for being so stupid!
Be the chipmonk one day...

However I don't feel that a good deed is something one should derive their sense of self-worth from.

I don't kill things because I wouldn't want someone/thing making that decision unilaterally about me.

And anyone who calls you sick, twisted, needing of help, or any other version of attempt to shame you probably wonders how things like Columbine ever happen. geesh

And yeah, shiny wholesome can bother me, becuase they either think they are the perfect role model and therefore judge and jury, or they exude a perception that life is just peachy, when often times it is not. My only hope for them is that their life really is just all peachy, and that I won't hold that against them. For all I know their life sucks worse than mine and they just act that way to not be causing more around them - it would suck to hate someone for that.
