Can the PSP use emulators?

I've heard that PSPs can use emulators. Just wondering.

Answer:
yup, it can, GBA, sega genesis, super nintendo, psx, n64
Yes it can. You first need a homebrew capable PSP. This can be done by taking your unit and downgrading it to firmware 1.50, then upgrading it to a custom firmware that allows running unsigned code natively on the PSP. Tutorials can be found all over the internet, but I have found that beginners should go to http://www.psp-hacks.com as they have the easiest tutorials to follow. Please note that attempting this has a very slight (less than 0.1%) chance of bricking (destroying) your PSP. I'm not telling you this to discourage you from doing it, as having a homebrew capable PSP is possibly the best thing in the world. I have downgraded over 30 of them for my school and if you need help, you can always E-mail me at skoomaeater@gmail.com and I'd be glad to walk you through it.
Yep of course!
