they all seem to be arrogant and know-it-all, even talking about any subject. they all seem to smirk and reek with self importance. and yet i know they are part of a corrupt industrial complex as bad as the so-called defence industry (or the mafia). i sometimes consider it is just me because i certainly am borderline with a little malignant narcissism. but they seem worse than me as i get to hear their concerns and motives and incompetentcy. not all. i respect good surgeons and research mds for the most part. family docs are not so respectable.

I think the malignant narcissism plays a big part in your dislike for doctors. The narcissism causes you to feel threatened by anyone supposedly superior, or in a position of authority, which results in a strong dislike or hatred.
This isn't unique to individuals with borderline personality disorder, but it is not unique to your particular case, either. Any personality disorder mixed with narcissism may bear the same results.
