i guess it's possible, it would be hard for a girl to pretend to be a guy for chest resons (you should know what I am talking about), but guys can pretend to be a guy but you need really good makeup, however you would look like an ugly girl most likely
only if the person who does the makeup is really good and has experience in it. but yes it is almost impossible to be perfect and trick people in real life to think this. and those are movies with actors. and a script. so movies most of the time rnt real
just go to your friendly local dyke bar...youll find plenty of girls that look like guys...and they do it with out even trying

Others can pass as the other sex.
movies like that are not realistic. that is why they are so entertaining. other characters' reactions are not realistic.
