Men in general do think about sex all the time, not just once an hour. We are sex hungry. But understand that it is not only sex in the sense of doing the nitty gritty. We have a romantic side. Most of the time we just talk to show off. Take what you hear with a grain of salt.
Self control, good character and the will to do what's right instead of what's wrong.
Of course we have standards. For example I like Big Busty Women.

I dont care. I dont respect men who have nothing constructive to think off. I respect people with attitude and those who have something to talk about rather than anything to do with sex.
Some do some don't. I personally have very low standards except when it comes to having sex with women. I don't have sex with just anyone, and I never pay for it. I turn down more than I accept, and looks have nothing to do with it, I even like big women, but if you are 5 foot tall and weigh 500 pounds, no thanks on the sex but I will still be their friend. I have no standard to whom I will be friends with, but somethings I just can't make myself do. Women that are as wide as they are tall is too just too much for me to enjoy. Now if your breasts make up 200 of the 500 pounds I might consider it just to have at the breasts, I am a breast kind of man.

America is too caught up in keeping a natural act private instead of enjoying it. However, I will say that a woman that is willing to have sex immediately is not a turn on for me. YATRI, no way do women think of sex every 7 minutes. Women do not connect love, romance, and everything else to sex like men often do. We are very emotional beings, and are truly thinking of a thousand things all the time. Sex is in there but not that often, no way.
Based on the last 3 girls I came across at work girls do think about sex all the time. Maybe there are other kind of girls. But I haven't seen them.
Its a combination of the influences of both nature( genetic) and nurture ( upbringing ). By nature, yes, guys are generally more sexually triggered and maybe are prone to think about sex every time they find an attractive / provocative woman but their social background also matters.
If a guy has a strong loving family with really close parents, he might be more prone to experiment sex within a relationship or under commitment. " Values"... we say ( wonder if they have any, in the first place). On the other hand, the son of a loose morale person, who grew up seeing his father sleep with different women, may have his first sexual exp. with a whore by 14 or so.
Of course there might always be exceptions on both the sides.
