Force yourself to have a good time.

Learn and do relaxation techniques.

Medication.

Therapy.

Try to enjoy your friends with nights out.

Exercise.

don't eat or drink too much.
See a psychologist
Do things you enjoy
Be around people and interact while refusing to dwell on things that make you unhappy - do something fun, go to a party or other group activity
Sports/exercise are good, they can produce adrenaline and stimulate endorphins
Excersize


Running releases endorphins.

Have you tried it?
It's worth a go.
Do something nice for someone. Someone you don't know.
Volunteer for something you believe in.
It pays back in ways you won't believe.
Do it soon.
Zoloft has worked wonders for me, talk to your doc.
What you can do? That depends on the cause of the depression and if its reactive, internal or bipolar.
