What's the best way to let off anger?

I'm angry as hell now, and I'm wondering what are some good ways to express my anger?

You should get into kick boxing or take a boxing class...exercising releases endorphins which make you happy, and that really is ur best answer...you also have to tell urself that u want to be happy...u can change ur emotion if u tell urself that ur happy...it might not make u happy right then but atleast ur tellin urself that ur happy and its a start...i would just go exercise so hard and push yourself to the edge to wear u can barely move...do sprints, run long distances, lift weights, go on bike rides and afterwards if that doesnt help i would reccomend smokin some mary jane
The best way I let out anger is writing... write everything u are feeling or that u wish u weren't feeling... it helps for me.. it's like ur feelings don't like being trapped inside they like to be expressed
Doing something physical. Walk, cut the grass, run, work out, etc. Anger is like a built up electrical charge. The physical activity "grounds" this charge/emotion and you wind up feeling "clean". You can also write (journal) about your feelings and then revisit your writing later when you are in a more rational mood. It also depends on what the source of the anger was. Sometimes a letter to the Editor can help. If this is an ongoing issue then get some professional assistance, such as joining a support group in Anger Managment.
Physical action of some sort usually helps...walking,exercise. Talking about it to someone who will listen and let you get it out...someone who does not feel compelled to give you advice.just to listen while you get it out. Someone who will not encourge hostile feelings, but will be objective and just listen. Work it through in yourself. Ask yourself questions when you feel you can. (when the anger is gone) Why does this really make me so angry? What could I ever learn from this? What would be the 'right' way to handle this, even if I'm not sure I can do it now. A tip (eventually): Anger is always triggered on a deep level by fear.
