Suicide is the single most selfish act a person could undertake. No matter how great the pain you are in - everyone else who cares about you will have the guilt, pain, loss and void for the rest of their lives.
If you have kids it will now always be an option, not to mention they will wonder why you didn't love them enough to stay with them.
Anyone who cares about you will forever wonder what they could've done, why you didn't care enough to let them try, and alternate between missing you and hating you for the big huge hole you left in their life.
If you're really trying to escape pain - go to a doctor and ask a better question, such as: How can I get over this & am I depressed (in need of medication).
Here's an answer for you, YOU WON"T FEEL ANYTHING< YOU'LL BE DEAD! Instead of asking that question, you should be asking for a number to a local shrink!! Call mental health te;; them that you feel suicidal and need help,they'll put you in contact with a doctor who can help!! Please don't take a bunch of sleeping pills, whatever sucks right now will pass I promise, please sit down and pray to our heavenly father, for strenght, forgivness, and healing!! yes, most people get really sick and only few people actually die from it. So chances are if you od ed on sleeping pills you'll end up sick in the hospital

I'm not a doctor but i've taken a lot of pain pills and sleeping pills...but no u wont feel pain...if u pop 20 pills or more about 30-45mins later they'll hit u and most likely u'll pass out and u wont even barely be conscious.if some1 would survive they wouldn't remember it.but if ur thinkin bout od'ing, dont! whatever ur problem is it'll get better...things always get really worse b4 they get better...
