I am a very moody person. How do I keep myself and people around me happy?

Staying home few days I start feeling useless and hopeless..there are things I need to do, people I need to see, but I just get lazy...my day starts in my room and ends in my room..i feel sorry for myself..i adapt to this new routine and become rude and selfish..i don't answer any calls from anyone like I said i'm a moody person..I get confused about why am I being like this? at the same time don't bother to think over it again...m burning out!..tomorrow i'll go back to work..and school starts soon..then i'll have a new routine..then I will miss this one..I will miss getting enough sleep and being lazy..having nothing to do but watch dvds..help me people..!!

Answer:
1. help the needy.
2. do some charity work, you can do it everywhere, here YA also can. How? think of it.
3. choose one hobby you used to like it, like, reading, fishing... and get back to that again.
4. yes, excercise like the other said so. excercise keep you tired and also generate good hormon in your brain that will keep you happier.
5. eat chocolate, that is what specialist said so.
6. give yourself a treat (eg. eat something special, buy something ..) to reward yourself when you archieved something, nor matter how small is it.
Perhaps the best way to keep yourself and others happy is to hide yourself away.
Do SMILE oftenly...
this sounds easy..
but it influence enough to all of the people around you.. and
YOU
Excercise. It'll soon make you happy again not lifeless. Anyway DVDs run out. If you're lazy than nobody can save you...
smoke a cigarette and realize that you are actually alot better off than alot of people are like the people who cant go and hide in there room and arent able to be lazy...count your blessings
My advice is 1st go to your nearby hospital and visit terminally sick people, people with cancer and AIDS, talk to them and hear what they have to say, hear what they would love to do if they got their health back. Then watch the news and see the people living in war zones who cannot step outside the front door without risking their lives, look poverty in the face, then visit sites on the internet about AIDS orphans in Africa and other parts of the world where kids eat once a week because that is the only tine they can get a meal picked from a cabbage heap and have never been to school. Talk to them about how moody you are and ask them how they felt when they lost their parents to a painful wasting desease, how it feels like to have no one to look after you by the time you are six and you have to be breadwinner to your other brothers and sisters. Talk to abused children and after all that, tell me if you still feel moody about the life you have and the priviledges you take for granted. Thank you
Be a little extrovert and humurous. Develop an interest in other people and interact with them with an open mind.
