How can someone get over a fear of rejection?

Slowly, rejection is one of those emotions, that causes many reactions, anger, confusion, it is very destabilising and distressing to a person.

So let's try this one, sometimes in life we have to accept rejection. the best way is to deal with the feeling that we have, and address the fears that we have.

In time it does get easier, and if it can be seen as a learning curve for us in life, we are the winners

don't thrive, when rejected just move on and DONT think about it, the more you think, the worse you'll feel.
start getting rejected and see that it is not that bad. force yourself to shrug it off your shoulders. or, if you are expecting to get rejected, then you won't be let down if you are. or if you don't get rejected then you will be surprised and very happy.
you just have to face your fears.
Drugs, practice, knowledge. A combination is probably best.
if u have been rejected over and over, u probably won't
trust me, you get rejected a few times, the fear leaves. When you get rejected, don't linger on the past. Push on through to the bright future that is in store for you.
