Read And Oppions Please.?

When that one person who we made the centre of our life walks away, what are we meant to do with ourselves? Are we mean't to cry, to release the pain, or laugh, to show a new beginning? Or do we become a fragile state, numb to society and reality. In my oppinion, and in the circumstances that I find myself in at this stage in my life, I have chosen to cry, to drain the memories through tears in which my love left with me, and smile with a new beginning and oppurtunity to create a build up of emotional strength.

When he left me, I refused to believe the sorrid truth. I lived my life on false hopes, believing that when he saw me, he still got the occasional flutter, and when he hugged me, he still felt in love. I believed this for too long. When my mind emerged out of it's wishful state, I hit a complete block, I became numb. Because I finnally realised that he didn't love me, didn't want me, nor need me like he used to.

Answer:
In order to make it work you will need to have more than just heart break = this is a good middle, but it needs something else to give it more dimention.
think about if you were married for 10 years and your wife died you will never completly be free from the sadness it will bring but you must cling to what is good and keep moving!
Well you could alway's find another guy whom you share the same feelings with. you could listen to music to drown out your sorrows, try Yoga, or try listening to heavy metal it always cheers me up when I hear things I don't understand. Well I hope you find the next love of your life.
I think you have the right idea on letting go and starting over. We all experience heartbreak at some point in out lives and healing can be a long process for some. I think you've done a good job with the piece and content is good. I like that you allowed yourself to experience the raw emotion and then pick yourself up to start a new life. Good job.
