Why do I only recieve answers from presumptuous pop physiologist who automatically assume mental and emotional superiority and answer in a condescending manner?.

Because people in general are threatened by this regardless of their position in society. Narcissism usually activates our own ego.
For example, I'm 16 and I have been unfairly accused of representing the type of behavior you described. I'm simply part of psychology forums and others forums focused on subjects that are targeted at a more mature 'audience'. If I happen to state my age on the forums, only then I'm accused of trying to express my ego. It's funny how some people seem to spot pride and belief of superiority in my comments only after they find out that I'm much younger than them. That's why I usually avoid offering any personal information, but sometimes it's unavoidable.
Because they know the narcissistic person is on a totally different spiritual/mental/emotional level than them, that they do not understand and more to the point wish they could understand.
In psychology these traits taken to the extreme (as with anything) are catergorised as a disorder.
Balance is whats required, remember while you were born knowing things, as narcissistic people are, you must also appreciate others have a lot to teach us.
Be open (frustrating I know), laugh it off, you know better !
