get off the net and start doing things out of the house. You can go volunteer, join a club, start a hobby, become active in church, in politics, in social causes. The sky is the limit and while you are busy going places and doing things you will meet people you may want to socialize with. Before you know it you may have a well rounded life and the only thing you'll miss is time on here.
Exercise..Endorphins are better than any drug you will ever take.
Join an active church with a singles group (if you are single) or married group (if married). I joined a singles group and they did loads of fun stuff and the things we did we not expensive and I met tons of people. I went to Florida and stayed in a condo for like 150 dollars for 4 days with my church. If you join a church that is active you will never be bored, I literally had to take a sabatical because I was too social and needed a break. Churches also are very active in the community and you will find plenty of outlets there. Plus you strengthen your relationship with the one person who will show you the truth, the way and the light...JC!
