I have been tearful and totally bored and fed up and lacking self esteem?
Answer:
Are you by any chance on birth control? That can have a lot to do with your moods.
If it is just a lull, there are a few things you can do.
1) Journal: Write about what is the matter. Think about why you are sad. Then think about things that would make you more happy or content. Then figure out how to get those things. Research and make goals.
2) Fake it till you make it. If you don't feel happy or don't feel like doing something that you used to like to do. Pretend you are happy or that you want to do something. Then all of a sudden when you doing something that you like to do again, you don't have to fake it anymore.
3) Talk to friends and family. Spend time with people.
4) Exercise. Moving your body and getting your endorphines going can make a huge difference.
5) Eat right. Feeling over weight or sluggish can make a big impact on your mood.
6) Don't do drugs or drink alchohol. While they may make you feel better at first, they end up making everything worse.
7) If none of these things work, see a doctor. You may need some type of mood stabilizer or you may just need to talk to a professional to help you get motivated.
Hope this helps!
It sounds like you are really depressed! Recognising your behaviour is different is a great first step. When I am down I make a list of all the things I enjoy doing. Simple to big! From a favourite TV programme to spending time with your friends and start doing them. Also plan some really exciting things to look forward to. Sport can make you feel alot better about everything. Check your diet or have you changed your birth control pill (if you are on one) - combinations can change your hormone levels and make you feel strange, its worth looking back over the last month and trying to work out what has changed. Good luck xx
you may want to go to the Dr. or if you can make yourself exercise that will help a lot. Exercise gives you natural endorphins... help boost your mind and body..
also try journaling to get the negativity out of your mind and onto paper - you can shred those 'negative' writings/shred your dread...
good luck - but DO NOT let it get worse before you get help!
