What is your selfless act of random kindness for today?

Answer:
Well, it's not mine at all, but that of a florist at Haywards Heath station, who very kindly gave me (FREE) a flowering Jerusalem Artichoke. I had been talking to her generally, admiring all her plants and cut flowers, and talking about the difficulties of growing particular plants, and she then just gave me a lovely flowering Jerusalem Artichoke, which has given me so much pleasure. So I thank her, and tell her that her very kind gift has given me a great deal of pleasure.

I held the door open for an old lady with her hands full at albertsons :)
I drove someone to work
I used a glove when punching the wife!!
I didn't strangle the guy who wandered over and stood right in front of me in a half empty hall at the motor auctions today.

He was quite a bit shorter than me.
Possibly not selfless, but I spent far more than I really should bidding in an auction to support a charity helping people with autism

I was home all day so I didn't have contact with strangers. But I did patiently wait for my cat to have a long time outside on his leash while I waited for him to chew on grass, roll in the dirt, and look at every last thing that moved. Yeah, I was patient with my cat. That was my act of kindness for the day. Why didn't you ask this when I let the lady behind me in the grocery line in front of me because it was hot out and the moron left her dog in the car and was worried about it? Even though she was probably lying.
I smiled at the co-worker who pretends she doesn't see me and who, when I speak to her, usually looks at me like she wants to kill me.
