You should say, "Because i am the most qualified candidate and as an employee, i will remain loyal and hard-working." Even if it's not true, it sounds good.
Be overly positive and think positive thoughts in your mind as you answer this...be careful not to sound cocky or fake, just really honest and believe able.
"Because I'm highly motivated, I'm a quick learner and you won't be disappointed if you pick me" if they ask why, tell them some good qualities like "I'm meticulous, dependable, and most of all have the ability to ask questions and figure out problems"
