Where does deep rooted anger come from and how do you get to the source?

Answer:
Deep rooted anger is also called bitterness, and it comes from having repressed your anger or disappointment over something that happened in your past for a very long time.

Sometimes people try to deal with anger by talking to people who are not directly involved. This helps if you need to vent in a way that would be inappropriate with the person who hurt you. (Example: anger over something your child did). However, eventually you'll need to confront the person who hurt you. The point may not be to reconcile or get the other person to admit his/her faults. But getting things out in the open, in an appropriate way, can take the power out of your feelings. It can cut the issue down to size.
Getting back to past experiences and investigating them may help. As to my understanding, most of the time most people get angry coz of their past.
It is when something happened to you or someone did something you can not bare alone and no one is there to help you or if they are they aren't"t angry the same as you,so you can find no solace anywhere. Source only works if you ask the right question, how likely is that to happen? And be perceptive enough to know it??
