sex and interest. Sex because sometimes it's just not gonna happen but he really wants it too and will keep holding back until it does. It's good for his ego and saves me a lot of chafing. It has nothing to do with his ability or my desire. Sometimes I'm just not as into it as I thought.
As for interests... It's just a good way to communicate with people. A friend tells some overdramatic sob story and I do care about her wllbeing but the story is boring. Yes, I feign interest because I want to be there for her.
Maybe my bf likes some sort of sport that I could care less about. He knows I don't care but he still loves to tell me about it.
Sometimes we all fake it because we care about the other person. It's more important to be with them and share something with them than it is to admit we have no interest in the subject at that time. It's about the person you're with rather than what you're talking about or doing.
As for faking love... Never. That's just cruel. The hurt will be far worse when the truth comes out.
