Is this a Sleeping Disorder?
Lately I would sleep 9 hours and still feel tired through the day, even at 7 and for a short while I would have 5 and feel okay. But now i still feel tired, I don't know why, I slept on 3 different beds and two different rooms and seems to only work for a while. I sleep through the night with never waking up. I seriously hate it. Also no matter what time i go to sleep i usually wake up at the same time every morning. I don't know if i toss and turn at nite.
Plz help!!
Answer:
The only way to know for certain is to see a doctor and be tested. (Testing consists of an overnight stay at a clinic where they video tape you asleep to determine why you aren't getting rest.)
Even though you feel that you are sleeping through the night without waking up, that may not be the case. I suffer from sleep apnea and for years I was sure that I was sleeping through the night.
It turns out that I was waking up (or rather almost waking up) about every 90 seconds to two minutes. Since I never really became conscious, I thought that I was sleeping soundly but not getting any rest.
So, I guess the real answer to your question is: maybe.
With the passes of time, it would be OK
Don't worry. I had the same experience before. I suggest you take a day off and just rest. Hope you feel better!
