I heard that we reach our mental peak at 23,is this true?

I heard this somewhere,is there any truth to it?

Answer:
Our ability to learn new information does start to plateau in the early twenties, but if you keep your mind active with learning, puzzles, ect. you can extend that time further.
Then I'm screwed! LOL
If that's true, sweet. I'll be 23 next year. Something to look forward to I guess. I'm starting to feel old.
Early twenties is when the ability to continue learning new stuff starts to plateau, before fading off.
Hmmm.seems like I might have read something about that, not sure.
