How do i overcome low self esteem and believe i can make it in life?

Stop for a little while looking only at yourself, your life, your faults, your disappointments your various mess ups.

Look around at the people around you - see how many faults they have, how many disappointments they have, how many mess ups they've made-and yet they walk about without apology as if they own the world - and they do as YOU DO.

You have absolutely every right to occupy the space you do as you are. Everything about you is acceptable. You have plenty that is rubbish and you also have plenty that is good and plenty that is in fills the space between those two extremes.

Accept and love yourself - you are unique and special.

you are a woman, of course you can make it, read the bible, exercise, concentrate on your health, read books and improve yourself on whatever your job or career is. you dont have to beautiful on the outside with a ton of makeup and big cleavage to attract people., just be beautiful on the inside

One thing that keeps people locked into low self esteem is the constant need to compare themselves to others who they perceive as successful and the " movers and shakers" in life. Once you learn to focus on you and only you, then you can recognize not only your own weaknesses but your many strengths as well, and you will find ways to become more comfortable in your own skin. Learn to step out of bounds every now and then, and out of your " safe " zone.... just to see what will happen. Who knows... you just might like living on the edge every now and then.
I used to have some problems with self-esteem. Unfortunately, dwelling on all of the problems I thought I had didn't make it any better. The best way to rid yourself of low esteem is through action. Little things help you to feel better. Simple physical activities and hobbies are a great way to stop dwelling on the negative. Gardening was always a great way for me to do something productive. Currently, I'm into pottery.

As far as making it in life goes... just remember that life always has a way of working itself out. You don't necessarily have to BELIEVE that you can make it. Of course you'll make it in life. Follow your interests. Do things you think you enjoy. Doors will open for you.

Above all, remember that we're all in the same boat. Everyone worries that they're not good enough sometimes. The important thing is that you don't let those feelings of self doubt keep you from doing the things you love. Who cares what other people think?

go out..try to make new friends...learn from them...observe..other people..how they behave..if you..read magazines..books..on how to improve yourself..

live life everyday...do things that you have never done before..plan something that would make you busy..and enjoy life..

if you have plans for the future..then you have something to look forward to..
