There is nothing good or bad, it is the human mind that decides it?

in this world it is believed that there is nothing bad it is the human mind that decides. please comment.

Answer:
Swetha,a small correction in your question… it is our not human mind but our individual 'conscience' that decides what is right-wrong...good-bad. And our conscience is a ' formed conscience'...it is formed gradually in our family atmosphere, in our society, culture, the religion we practice and the religious scriptures we believe in.All this have tremendous impact in the 'growth of our conscience’

What is SIN for one is a VIRTUE OF HIGHEST FORM for the other.
eg... what is terrorism for one is 'Jihad'- a holy war for the other.
Therefore, goodness - badness, rightness and wrongness are subjective matters.

Yet, there is something that is intrinsically [in itself]...'OBJECTIVELY' good and bad...irrespective of my place of birth, religion i practice,my culture and so on...
It is also termed as a 'NATURAL LAW'.

And according to this Natural Law ...
' having a 'GOODWILL FOR THE OTHER' is intrinsically good.
- ' violating ones right TO LIFE and right TO LIVE WITH A HUMAN DIGNITY is intrinsically bad.
yes you are right that nothing is bad in this world but thing is right or wrong deeds. you may be wrong sometime but you may be right .
Good and Bad are human preceptions.

We would say, eating all food with our hands is bad. But for a monkey, this is normal. Just as an example.

In essence, there's no such thing as good or evil, only two opposites.
Yes it is true. Good and Bad are the perceptions of the human mind.

For example: Lets just say I know what is going to happen in the future. Lets say I trip a man so that he fractures his leg so that he is unable to commit a murder later in the future. To him, when he lay in the hospital, he may dislike me for doing what I did to him. But he will change his mind the moment I tell him what he will do(that is if he believes me) later.

So it depends on how you see it.
I agree 100%. It's all interpretation. Of course man's law dictates what's permissable and what is not, and most "law-abiding" citizens try to adhere to the laws, but just because a group of legislators decides it should be "wrong", whose to say they aren't wrong. Now obviously when it comes to horrible crimes against mankind, anyone with any sense of rightousness or decientcy would agree that those crimes are wrong, as I do, but without bringing religion into the frey, it boils down to the opinion of the masses; even though there may be thousands of people that disagree with the masses. The masses once believed that the world was flat, slavery was fair and just and there was no way a man could walk on the moon. I myself am a firm believer in "do unto others". I don't believe in doing anything to someone that I wouln't want done to me. More often than not, my rules and morals coincide with God's and man's law. Hopefully, most peoples' will as well.
It is up to you how you tackle the situation in your life.
yeah right
every human mind thinks differently
majority decides good or bad
certain things are need to be identified. according to your own words, if a person feels something is bad, he will identify it to be bad. if every thing is good for you, there may be another person who may feel every thing is bad!
That's right. Nothing is right and nothing is wrong. We decide what is good or bad according to environment/situation in which we are brought up and what our elders taught us with some deviation of our own.

For example, it is bad/wrong to walk in open in a naked condition in our culture, but in some parts of Africa, it is right. If someone wears cloth in those areas, they may treat it as bad, because they have seen human only naked.

For some people drinking liquor is bad for some it's OK. There are many examples... In short I agree with you..
Acc to me its not only the human mind that decides whatsb good or bad but the society environment at large is also responsible.also what may be good for someone may be bad for another..so it differs from person to person..some bad traits are inherited whilst some are learnt...
My friend is used argue that there is nothing wrong or nothing right in this world (it is applicable for all the matters) if you think in their own way .Yes he is correct Yours VRVRAO
