Why do so called tough guys always want to fight me ?
Answer:
Either because you pose a threat to them or because you're an easy target for them. in any case, steer clear of such weirdos. they have issues and mostly end up in jail or rehab. Remember, Its not brave to fight when you can fight. its brave to stay out of fight when you can actually beat the crap out of someone.

Hmm, I wonder why you put this question in Psychology? Do you feel this is a psychological/emotional problem?
Without knowing more details about you, I can only offer a few possibilities.
Low Confidence - this can be perceived as a weakness and so-called "tough guys" will prey on weaknesses. It's not cool, it's very wrong of them and no one deserves to have their vulnerabilties abused.
Small size - I'm sorry to say that most people are superficial, especially "tough guys". They see a person smaller than them, and they pick on that person. No it's not fair, but building confidence makes a huge difference.
Misinterpertations - Sometimes we think we look and sound a certain way but actually look and sound completely different to someone else. Try videotaping yourself, or looking in the mirror to see what others might be perceiving of you.
For the meantime, I suggest a self-defence course like Karate or Taw Kwon Do. It will build your confidence and give you the resources you need to deal with aggressors. Such courses teach you to stand your ground, be intimidating without resorting to violence.

For some reason, they find you a threat to their manhood and feel the need to prove themselves "tougher" than you. Don't worry about it, though. There are a lot of insecure people out there who will not like something about you, but that is THEIR problem.
It could be because you are tall, and they're small and they have small man complex, or it could be because you're small and they're tall and they think you would be an easy conquest. It's difficult to say without any kind of picture of what you look like. You could be exceptionally good looking and they feel threatened by you. There has to be some reason but to pinpoint it you would have to be specific about your appearence.
