If you mean physically then yes women do mature faster than males. But if you mean mentally then you are going to have to define what you mean by maturity. To say that women mature faster physically means that they mature faster mentally is committing the fallacy of equivocation.

Yes!!!!! Females mature much faster than males not only puberty / physicall wise but mentally and emotionally too. I think it must have something to do with girls having their periods so young . Most girls mature at least 2 or 3 years ahead of the boys not sure why , but true.
