Well, what are Right/ Wrong decisions?
After all, the time decides whether the decision taken was right/ wrong. However there are other factors which contribute in decision making.(1) Defining the Problem, (2) Setting certain rules to follow them &(3) taking various situations into consideration. & Yes, if The Women are smarter they do take the decisions following the above mentioned steps/stages.
not only women but also men can do that. Why to differentiate?

Lets put it this way I was single back at the begining of september of last year and my GF is 35 and I am 26 and she is by far the best lover I have ever had. Matter of fact their is no reason in my mind why I would not marry her. If she is in her mid life crisis I thank god every day she stays theere!!
No and yes. Some just go with their hearts and the others with be more protective. They will defiantly go for a younger more mature man. If you are in love with an older woman go for it. What ever you do, she will take it in a form of flattery.
It seems that some women totally lose their minds, but this is usually during menopause(& everyone's different). It depends how in control of their life & emotions they are. If an older woman is in love with you, make sure it's not just some kind of mid-life fling, give it some time if the feeling is mutual.
I don't know, but when I was younger, I liked a man who was about 15 years older than me, and now I'm older and I like this man who is about 11 years younger than me. But it's not a problem for me.
