And are not just another of those shaking of the head little figures, which seem to say "yes" with approval, just to be in a mediocre way : nice?

Well, I don't know very well, because I'm one of the leading voices. I listen to what people have to say, then make a decision based on what people say.
The trick is, never kiss @ss. Some people try to get themselves into higher positions by kissing up to someone who is wrong, but in a higher position than them self.
People like people who say that they're right. If someones doing wrong and you tell them that, of course they're not gonna like you. Eventually, once they f**ked things up enough, and realized that they made a mistake, they'll come crawling back to you.

This has to do with a lifetime of how have you handled situations like this. Have you exploded before and what were the results? If you have never gone over the top then think carefully, some folks can't do this. Explosive anger does not work, channelled anger does OFTEN work. Do you want to be nice? If so, then be nice nice. If you want to be not-so-nice then take a breath. Take the time to make sure you and yours will be safe. That has to be a priority. The shaking little heads will not expect a well thought out plan. The mediocre will not see you coming. Vengeance and violence are under-rated. Enjoy.
