Speak to yourself in the mirror. The best psychologist is you, after you've analyzed, or spoken you thoughts out loud. Works for me. I've saved a ton load of money.
depending on what city you live in. there are community health centers that charge according to your income.. try contacting your local social services office .. they may be able to get you some info
If you're a student there's always a counselor you can speak with and even at diffirent work sites there may be counselors to talk to for free.
Look in the phone book under "Mental Health", and call, they will direct you to a location where, you will receive free consultation.
