Have you ever.?
if so why? what brought you to that?
NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS! I WILL REPORT YOU FOR BEING AN INSENSITIVE ***!
Answer:
I have never, but a lot of my good friends have. They say it's a way of expression/letting out feelings that they didn't know how else to let out.
I see no reason to even do such a thing.
I guess there's the body art factor. Piercings, tattoos... But even that, I don't have any desire for.
I have a nasty habit of chewing on my cuticles until they bleed when I get upset or nervous. I started carrying a worry-stone in my pocket to rub whenever I start to feel this way and this seems to help a lot.
I understand this is a "minor" form of self-mutilation, but I hope someone can benefit from what I wrote.
No I have never self-mutilated but I work with kids that have. Self-mutiliation is a cry for help. In general there has been some traumatic event in their past that has triggered this behavior. Sexual abuse is the classic trauma event. It can also come from serious abuse, or traumatic loss.
I hope this helps.

nope...
i have no guts for that..
peace!
absolutely not... it would honestly be wayyyy too painful.
No but I've been tempted. Some things just can't be expressed. Also, sometimes it feels good to feel pain because then you know it's real and you can actually feel something.
never have, i have better ways to deal with my problems..and i dont do drugs either, because drugs to me is just another form of self-mutilation.
No, never. Unless you count body piercings and tattoos. I know a lot of people who have though.
