Message for people bitching about others.?

I wanted to send a philosophical subtle message for some people that are always bitching about others, but never trying to deal with their own faults. Maybe a quote or paragraph from a book or a text. Any suggestions?

Realize that if you have time to whine and complain about something then you have the time to do something about it." -

Not sure who he is, but it sounded like it fit your question.

For more: go to a search engine, type "famous quotes" and then add words like "whining" "complaining" "complaints" etc.
Judge not lest ye be judged ... ?

I'll add more if I think of any.
It was about to cheer your question thinking is was the message, but it's not. I can only offer support for your cause.
"ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR OWNSELF IN THE MIRROR BEFORE TALKING ABOUT OTHERS".BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN FLAWS THAT MAKE US UNIQUE AND BAUTIFUL.SO PEOPLE DON'T TALK ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE WE ARE'NT PERFECT OURSELVES.
How about,"Practice what you preach." Or, " Three finger's pointing back at you." In case you don't know what that means, point your finger at somebody, and you'll notice that 3 of your own fingers are pointing at you. Here is another one," Go look in the mirror!" I don't know how philosophically subtle that is, but it's to the point.
When we focus on others, it takes the focus off ourselves.
No matter where you go, there you are.
My grandma used to always say, "Sweep your own doorstep first."
